All chef needs is an indication of palate from the Mediterranean Moments, Indian Summer (vegetarian) or ‘Lucky Dip’ menu – and your delicious picnic basket will arrive with a cotton picnic rug and portable board games to enjoy together.

Crow's Nest

Inspired by lifeguard towers, this colourful wooden structure offers guests a thrilling climb up a spiral staircase to two lofty platforms with panoramic views of the island. At the first level – half way to the top – there are rope ladders and rope swings for families to play around or just enjoy the shaded spot. Head further up to the top and discover a cosy den with cushions and throws creating the ultimate chill-out nest – one of our most-photographed vantage-points on the island! At a look-out window a beautifully crafted map, etched in copper, shows the geographical points of interest for each location. You’ll also find a pirate’s treasure chest filled with objects to entertain – a telescope, playing cards and binoculars – and even an honesty box for readymade cocktail drinks: help yourself to miniature bottles all concocted with a rum base.

Shipshape

They have curated top-level exercise classes guaranteed to get you shipshape and yacht-body ready in no time! Trained instructors help with the quick-fire combination of weights, cardio and intense anaerobic movements. Private workouts can be tailor-made ahead of their arrival, and everyone from newbies to injured athletes or dedicated gym bunnies is welcome! A permanent structure is built on the beach with a selection of different styled ship-rope apparatus, from battling ropes, hanging ropes and shaking ropes through to rope ladders for climbing, all designed for a more dynamic, fat-busting full-body workout. Inspired by Ironman’s level of endurance, these classes are physically and mentally demanding.

Diving

Not far off the island is Manta Point, a world-famous dive site where mantas are found regularly alongside turtles, giant Napoleon wrasse and abundant fish life. Just a short boat ride away is the famous Victory Wreck, as well as marine-protected areas such as Banana Reef and Paradise Rock. Experience gentle drift dives, exhilarating channel dives, colourful thila dives (submerged coral platforms) and others close by.
