This month Gourmet Week is back at You & Me Maldives just in time for festive holidays. Delight your taste buds with culinary experience in the most joyous time of the year with Michelin Star Chef Andrea Berton from 29^th December 2021- 03^rd January 2022. He will showcase his authentic gastronomic offerings through a week of surprises, intrigues mood with the Maldives’ breathtaking natural beauty, all set against the backdrop of the Indian Ocean.

The parable of starred chef will host 3 appointments during gourmet week with cooking class at The Sand restaurant showcasing Seared Seabass, Fish soup and Salicornia. On New year, you get to experience food and wine pairing dinner at H2O restaurant with a specially designed menu by Chef Andrea Berton.

For an exciting experience, the resort is also proud to present the first-of-its kind cooking class at H2O  by Andrea Berton inspired by unique gourmet flavors. This underwater-cooking show is held on 03rd January 2022 where you will learn how to cook Caviar blinis and Risotto with coffee, lime, capers powder, all rich-Italian flavors!

Just imagine sipping a glass of Prosecco in your hands while enjoying cooking show by a starred chef in a fully submerged underwater restaurant surrounded by the amazing marine environment of the Maldives!
