JLF Soneva Fushi, a global celebration of literature, art, music, and culture, is all set to welcome acclaimed authors and thinkers from across the world to Soneva Fushi in the Maldives. The one-of-a-kind ten-day event will take place from May 12 to May 21, 2023. The event will include stimulating panels and workshops, book and poetry readings, film screenings, and more.

Twenty-one globally renowned authors will be part of the Slow Life themed event. The diverse mix of speakers includes Anne Applebaum, Howard Jacobson, Muzaffar Ali, Christina Lamb, Damon Galgut, and Mary Beard. The event will cover a range of topics, including nation-building, mental health, politics, poetry, fiction, scientific discovery, memoir and more.

The daily program will begin with meditation and yoga sessions. Beach-side discussions and live performances under the stars will help participants expand their horizons. The event will include outdoor film screenings and Champagne celebrations on the sandbank, with resident sharks and stingrays providing an idyllic backdrop.

Participants can book a luxurious three-night stay for two from USD 6,500, including access to the full festival program, private villa accommodation, full board dining, and round-trip domestic transfers. Those who book before February 28, 2023, will receive an additional 10% rate reduction.

The festival is an opportunity for attendees to reconnect with themselves and feel renewed through the mind, body, and soul. The festival is intimate enough to allow participants to speak and share their stories about their lives and literary journeys inside a circle of trust.
