For younger guests, the Bageecha Kids Club offers a fun-filled daily festive programme from 21st December through to 1st January 2026. Activities include cookie decorating, arts and crafts like ornament making and gingerbread house decorating, as well as creative workshops such as jewellery making, Christmas tattoos, and coconut painting. Kids also can take part in fitness challenges, yoga, Zumba, water games at the Splash Pad, pool races, beach Olympics, and more. Special events like writing letters to Santa, a family treasure hunt, and carol karaoke ensure children are fully immersed in the holiday season.

Christmas Festivities

Kuramathi has planned a magical Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for all. Start with a cocktail party on the sandbank, featuring champagne toasts, festive cocktails, Christmas carols, and a special visit from Santa Clause and his elves. Guests can then indulge in a grand Christmas Eve. gala buffet at select restaurants.

Christmas Day begins with a festive talent show at the Sand Bar, followed by lively entrance of Santa Clause to spread holiday cheer. For children, the highlight will be Santa Clause’s arrival at the Dhoni Bar deck, complete with joyful gift-giving and a holiday photo booth. Active guests can enjoy beach volleyball, while evenings feature live music and vibrant performances to keep the festive spirit alive.

At Bageecha Kids Club, children can join in the festive fun with cookie decorating, eco workshops, Christmas movies, and exciting activities like a mini Christmas market.

Ring in the New Year

Welcome 2026 in style at Kuramathi Maldives. The celebrations begin with a sparkling cocktail party on the sandbank, followed by a spectacular New Year’s Eve gala buffet. As the evening continues, enjoy electrifying live music and dance the night away to tunes, culminating in a memorable countdown to the New Year.

On New Year’s Day, guests can start the year with a celebratory brunch at the island’s restaurants or take part in the “First Dive of the Year” to explore the stunning house reef. The day wraps up with an aerobics session and live music, marking a perfect end to the festive season.
