GA. Nilandhoo

Nilandhoo (Gaafu Alif) is an inhabited island in the southern atolls of Maldives, characterised by its serene pace, swaying palms and relics of a distant past. It is notable for the Foah’matī / Haviththa site, where remains of a pre-Islamic Buddhist temple lie buried.
