GA. Kondey
Nestled in Gaafu Alif (North Huvadhoo) Atoll, Gaa Alif Kondey (or simply “Kondey”) is a tranquil, verdant island blessed with immaculate white-sand beaches, dense tropical foliage, and vibrant coral reefs. With only a few narrow streets and a close-knit community, it offers an authentic Maldivian ambience far from resort crowds. It’s also known for its ancient Buddhist ruins (e.g. a havitta) and as the birthplace of master carpenters who built Male’s famed Hukuru Miskiy.
