Funadhoo, the administrative capital of Shaviyani Atoll, is a captivating island with a rich history. Once an uninhabited island known as ‘Farukolhu Funadhoo’, residents started settling here in January 1968. Nestled within the rim of the atoll, this island is home to one of the largest communities in the archipelago nation.
